Would you book a doctors appointment online?
It’s not possible to do it yet but Docfinder is working on providing this for our customers.
In October Docfinder conducted a poll to find out if people wanted this service in Australia.
The results surprised us:
- 41% said they would book a doctors appointment online
- 32% said they would consider it
- 27% said no
Based on these results, Docfinder believes 72% of people would like this service to be available. So we decided to do something about it. We built a simple schedule where you can review multiple practices and appointment availability. Docfinder tested it and then got feedback from both consumers and the medical professionals, it works!
It will also provide handy reminders such as sms with the doctors details making it easy to find them.
